Job Summary

• They are recruiting for an Executive Business Assistant who would be assisting with daily administrative duties and tasks.

Job Competency Requirements

• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and support execution of management meetings, organizational events, meetings, travels and similar activities including documents, notes, materials, presentations, etc.
• Ability to provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, faxing, mailing, managing physical and electronic files, photocopying, arranging logistics for visitors, coordinating meetings and conference calls, transcribing notes, typing correspondence, preparing reports, managing inventory and maintaining the general ambience of the CEO’s office.
• Ability to communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, partners, clients, and other external stakeholders, on various matters as may be directed by the CEO.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate agenda for team meetings and participate in other cross-functional teams, as assigned by CEO
• Ability to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly Schedules and work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities follow up appropriately with third parties and ensure smooth running of the office.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting needs; handles assignments expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Qualifications / Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience from a similar role.
• A Female applicant with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, excellent time management skills, well-developed organizational skills, and great verbal and written communication skills is required.
• Applicant be must able to pay attention to details and can exercise professional discretion.

Salary

• N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
