We are looking for highly competent, experienced, motivated, and results-oriented individuals to fill the vacancy below:

Job Title: Chef de Partie

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
• Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
• Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
• Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.).
• Assisting with the management of health and safety.
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards and collaboration with colleagues

Requirements and Skills

• Must possess minimum of OND in any of the Nigeria Institution.
• Applicant must have 4 to 6 years experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Applicant must have Italian Cuisine experience.
• Applicant must be flexible to work in a shift.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Salary
N60,000 – N90,000 monthly
