This is to inform all interested candidates who are planning to seek for admission into the school of Nursing in the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Benin City that their admission form for application for candidates has officially been released and is now on sale to interested individuals.
On completion of programmes, candidates would be awarded with registered Nurse Certificate (RN). The programme has a duration of about 3 years.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years old.
2. Qualification: Five Credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings in WASCE/GCE/NECO in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
APPLICATION FORM
Application forms should state Age, State of Origin, Local Government Area, School(s) Attended with qualifications obtained and addressed to the Principal.
COLLECTION OF APPLICATION FORM
Application forms are obtainable from the Office of the Deputy Director, Nursing Education/Principal wit a non-refundable fee of N5,500 (Five Thousand, Five hundred Naira) only.
This should be made payable through Teller payment to UBTH Training School, (FIDELITY Bank Plc UNIBEN, Benin City). Account No. 50300047475
A separate payment of N200 to Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee Edo State, Account No N111050003858 First bank of Niogeria Plc, ugbowo
Candidates are to submit four (4) recent colour passport photographs (taken in the preceding two weeks) while returning the completed application froms
