Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO (First Class Only)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• To provide technical executive support to the MD/CEO on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimal functionality of the office of the CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Easily get a clear understanding of the CEO’s vision on tasks, activities, programmes or strategies; and constantly cascade same down to all organs of company’s operation.
• Effectively take charge of the management of the CEO’s office, tasks and schedules and ensure optimal functionality of the office and timely response to requests.
• Provide technical support to the CEO cutting across all functional areas of the company’s business.
• Conducting both desk and field research as may be required.
• Prepare time schedules for daily activities and ensure the CEO functions on the clock as much as possible..
• Intensive analyses, report writing and proposal generation.
• Prepare and Present Progress Report on a Monthly Management Meetings.
• Co-ordinate Review Meetings for strategy implementation for the CEO as well as other meetings.
• Ensure full provision and timely availability of functional facilities required for process implementation.
• Manage the budget for running the office of the EO and provide financial accounts accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Most Preferred: First Class Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Sciences or Engineering.
• To be Considered: A Strong Second-Class Upper Degree (minimum 4.0 of 5.0) in any of the Fields
• M.Sc. Degree in a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience.
• Sound education that reflects in high quality of thinking required to understand and distil issues
• Age: 24 -32 years. Must be Single
• A Quality Working Experience gives an edge, especially in a similar or related role.
• Confidence and ability to relate with top management and represent the CEO at meetings where necessary.
• Natural interest, effortless know-how and visible capacity to discharge the responsibilities of the position.
• Demonstrable intellectual ability and Natural flair, ability and strength for Research and Analysis
• Highly proficient in advanced use of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business, Projects, Access, etc).
• Highly proficient in the use of social media applications, cloud storage and virtual meeting packages.
• Highly Proficient in written communications with proof of writing skills.
• Evidence of previous and/or current research works or writings are an advantage.
• Excellent Understanding of Technology and Possession of Above-average digital skills.
• Trainings and Certifications will be added Advantage.
