Job Summary

• Office Assistants greet the Office Manager and Office Workers as they arrive and receive tasks to complete.
• They take phone calls, deliver messages, make copies, fax documents, organize office supplies and greet office visitors.
• They participate in meetings and take notes for participants to review later on.

Requirements

• Graduate qualification in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Knowledge and experience of project-related works.
• Good communicative skills.

Remuneration

• N85,000 monthly.
