Job Title: Admin Management Information System (MIS) Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversaw management information systems; OSMIS (participant database), Salesforce, CAMWC Website.
- Maintained working knowledge of WIA, Welfare Reform, TAA, WP and all other WIB-funded programs.
- Provided technical assistance and act as liaison to contractors/service providers on MIS issues.
- Generated reports for granting authorities, WDB/LEO boards, program management staff, and contractors/service providers.
- Developed and provided training as necessary for management information systems, data management, performance issues, and other topics as necessary.
- Compiled, synthesized, and analyzed data and data sets for purposes of grant writing.
- Performed desktop monitoring of entries into management information systems and disburse written guidelines, clarifications/strategies for effective data management.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
