Job Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic event and activities manager with the practical knowledge about hosting events.
• The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking skills and excellent time-management abilities.
• The candidate would oversee sourcing and meeting with prospective clients, monitoring timeframe and budgets, organizing our spaces and making them readily available to potential clients.
• Also scheduling the organization for seminars and conference meetings.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 8 years work experience.
