An African tech company with operations in about 5 African countries is recruiting for a mature, senior human resources professional with international strategic HR experience.
Requirements
A people-oriented leader capable of being a custodian of company culture.
Strong experience with Performance Management, preferably OKRs at a technology company.
Familiar with payroll, compensation and benefits across African markets.
Familiar with international tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
Comfortable with optimizing Organizational Design and Structure at a rapidly growing company.
