Job Title: Superintendent Pharmacist

About the Role

• We are looking for a pharmacist who is analytical, data-driven, collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated.
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Commercial: Implements existing sales initiatives, Collects & identifies basic insights from customer feedback, meets store sales targets at least once every quarter, Provides strategic feedback for sales improvement.
• Operational: Ensures weekly orders are sent on time, ensures usage of technology, effectively maintains equipment, ensures a clean environment, participates in induction all new team members and timely feedback ‘-Meets set timelines with routine and non-routine tasks.
• Clinical: Offers effective counsel to customers, ensures adherence with Lifestores’ quality guidelines, provides guidance and clinical training to intern pharmacists ‘Participates in clinical research programs at the store.
• Team: Works respectfully and collaboratively with other team members, identifies areas of growth for other team members and offers advice to them, Design training programs for team members as necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• 2-5 years post-NYSC retail pharmacy experience
• You should be comfortable with change, as you would be entering the company at an exciting phase of development.
• You should have a hands-on approach since initially you would be mostly carrying out the above activities yourself vs. delegating to others.
• In addition, you would be working closely with other leadership team members. You should also be proficient in the use of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
