Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
Providing information to customers.
Monitoring sales performance.
Closing sales deals.
Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.
Support in resolving customer complaints.
Records the details of Customers.
Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE qualification in a related field from recognized institution.
0 – 1 year of experience.
18 – 25 years old
Preferable female for gender balance.
Must reside around Ikeja, Ogba, Opebi, Iyana Ipaja, Maryland or Oshodi.
Remuneration
N45,000 Monthly.
