Role and Responsibilities

• Contribute and participate in marketing
• Presentation of concerns area and developing template for new transaction after thorough study of the transaction dynamics with approval from Head of Operations.
• Conducting first level Training of warehouse officers undertaking new transaction and organizing of refresher courses for warehouse executives under his/her purview
• Issue’s transaction standard operations procedures to staff upon first level training.
• Learn, use and train others on any management approved IT solutions for operations,
• Escalate operational issue of both of staff and customer to HOP promptly.
• Ensure that all recruitment requirement/document/information of warehouse officers are duly attended/ collated and returned to the HR department.
• Collate all warehouse officers/ executives’ payment requests for further processing
• Conduct a Bi weekly/ quarterly stock counts and audit
• Daily/weekly/monthly reporting on the transactions to HOP
• Oversee all transactions assigned in all locations
• Adherence to all operational processes and procedures.
• Visit locations to ascertain quantity and quality position as well as staff compliance to company policies.
• Prepare and communicate inventory report to HOP
• Inspect warehouses/ silos/ tank farms to confirm fitness for purpose and send a detailed report to HOP.
• CCTV cameras surveillance footages reportage
• Check and reply operational mails
• Prepare and communicate inventory report to bank/ Customer and HOP
• Distribute stock report and correspondence
• Discuss and receive operational reports from sub-ordinates
• Hold weekly tactical meetings with HOP.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND from any reputable institution
• At least 3 years experience as an Operations Executive or similar roles.

Remuneration
N150,000 Monthly.
