Job Title: Export Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• The Export Officer will be responsible for overseeing export activities and providing timely reports on shipping.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoices tracking and printing at the shipping line portal.
• Advance payment process – Agents/trans
• Process transporter/agents final bills.
• Follow up with all the payments with accounts.
• Ensure timely documents preparation of all the certificates.
• Courier booking and dispatching original docs to Dxb/buyers and record keeping.
• Conduct NXP Registration.
• NXP follow-up to approval status.
• NXP and PO tracking.
• NESS Payment follow-up and CCI tracking.
• Follow up – All SGS certificates
• Bulk – Courier booking and dispatching original docs to Dxb/buyer
• Maintaining export docs and files post shipments.
• Ensure data are used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data.

Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HND or BSc in relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of the SAP application.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

• Solid understanding of export procedures
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team.
