We are currently looking for dedicated and hard-working staff to fill in the position of a loan collection officers, which duties are contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments. Negotiating suitable payment plans. Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
Requirements
Minimum qualification of SSCE.
0 – 1 year work experience.
Applicant must be living in Lagos and its environs to be suitable to apply.
