Job Description
Project and Client Management:

• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Managing relationships with clients and suppliers
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Plan projects from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the project’s success
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for events
• Supervise all Event suppliers
• Approve all aspects before the day of the event
• Ensure projects are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Perform requires administrative duties (e.g. contact reports, financial reports, project results etc)
• Manage a large range of event types to build brand reputation and generate leads for internal and external clients.

Job Skillset Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5-8 years of working experience in a BTL agency
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Skilled in project management
• Knowledge of project management
• Computer savvy and proficiency in MS Suite
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer-service orientation
• A team player with leadership skills
• PMP certification is also a plus
• Typing speed of 60WPM.
