Glassline is a Design & Build metal, aluminum and glass contracting company established in Lebanon since 1995, and currently operational in various countries including: Lebanon, UAE, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, Cyprus, Nigeria and Algeria. Glassline has two production plants: One in Lebanon, which includes an aluminum factory, a glass processing plant and a stainless steel workshop, as well as an aluminum factory in Abu Dhabi. Glassline’s added value resides in its thorough knowledge of building envelopes’ structural elements and its know how, ability and capacity to concept design, develop and undertake the execution of total turnkey solutions.

Job Title: Document Controller / Junior Accountant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Reporting to Project Manager or Construction Manager, the candidate is expected to:

• Set up, copy, scan and store documents
• Create templates
• Manage requests for documentation
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
• To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
• Manage the processes around documentation within the organization
• Support head office with accounting matters (Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation, maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures)
• To fill monthly labor time-sheets
• Manage hotel reservations for visitors/employees, flights, transportation and all related arrangements.
