Responsibilities
To understand the needs of specific projects and advise on suitable products as required.
Carryout trials at sites and labs to match the performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with assistance of Batch Plant Manager
Accurately proportion cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures in batches to load into ready mix trucks
Responsible for operating and troubleshooting of the ready mix batch plant
He reports to the Senior Lab Technician.
Requirements
Civil Engineering Degree / Technical Diploma
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lab Tecnician (Batching Plant/Asphalt)
Must follow company production and safety procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
