We are currently sourcing for a suitable candidates to fill the role of GM/Sales Director for our client in the Interior Design Industry.
He/she will drive the overall revenue aspirations of the group across the 5 sub-businesses.
Requirements
Post Graduate Degree (MBA / Masters) in a relevant course from an Accredited University
The ideal candidate should have approximately 15 years of relevant work experience with proven sales track record, high value transactions and High Networth Individuals (HNIs).
Business Planning & Organizational Performance Management.
Up-to-Date Knowledge of Local & International Business Ecosystem.
Ability to Build and Drive a High Performance Sales Team.
Proactive & Visionary Leadership in Fast Changing Environment
Strategic Thinking, Planning and Business Acumen
People Leadership & Performance Management with proven track record of new business development.
