Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
Providing information to customers.
Monitoring sales performance.
Closing sales deals.
Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.
Support in resolving customer complaints.
Records the details of Customers.
Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers’ provocation.
Qualifications
BSc / HND / OND / NCE in related fields from a recognized institution.
0 – 1 Year Experience.
Age:18-25 years
Preferable female for gender balance.
Salary
N45,000 monthly.
