A Recovery Officer’s primary duty is to maintain communication with customers, usually by telephone and whatsapp, to recover overdue payments, resolve delinquent accounts and update repayment on the computer.
Requirements / Qualifications
ND, HND, B.Sc
0 – 2 years of experience.
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Good Communication and Persuasive skill
Computer Literate
Strong Follow up skill
Remuneration
N50,000 Monthly plus other performance bonuses
