Job Title: Internal Application Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily Operations, Administration, Management & Maintenance (OAM) support of internal Applications (HRMS, ADSERVIO, ETC.)
• Ensure applications are fully functional and performing optimally,
• Configure application parameters according to users and client, requirements
• Have a good understanding of enterprise applications
• Resolve all issues with internal Applications
• Liaise with vendor on technical issues regarding all the internal applications
• Responsible for application software upgrades and patches
• Remains the SPOC for all internal applications related issues within organization
• Ensure agreed SLA5 are maintained with Internal customers
• Responsible for assisting with the development of processes and procedures and ensure they are adhered to.
• Maintains at Technical documentations and source codes for all internal applications.
• Contribute to organization’s quality processes and strive to achieve continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• B.Sc / B.Eng. in Computer Science / Engineering, or Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Statistics, Management information Systems or any Physical Sciences (a minimum of 2nd Class Upper).
• 2-5 years’ experience, Telecom Company is an added advantage
• Good experience supporting Enterprise Applications in dynamic live environments
• Conversant with I.S operations and trends in the telecommunication industry
• Good experience supporting critical business applications.
