Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, related correspondence, meeting details, logistics, travel and itenerary coordination.
• Coordinates events and executive meetings. Provides project management, budget management, space requirements, IT coordination, and all other support required for various events and meetings.
• Prepare and manage communication, materials and all documentations rqeuired for all meetings.
• Schedules board meetings and ensures all documentations are communicated ahead of the meetings.
• Attends meetings, takes minutes of meetings and proof-reads out going communication; and handle official email communication.
• Provides back up support as required, also as part of Business Services team, coordinates phone and vacation coverage.
• Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep abreast of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and following up appropriately.

Requirements

• HND in Business Administration or relevant field
• 2+ years’ experience in similar role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, partners, board members and clients
• Proficienct in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct research and with data presentation skills
• Ability to handle highly sensitive business and human resources communications, data and other information with confidentiality and discretion.

Salary
N152,000 Monthly.
