Requirements

• B.Sc in any discipline
• 5 years + experience in a sales leadership role with a micro finance bank or institution
• Excellent ability to lead & coordinate a marketing team
• Not more than 35 years of age
• Strong Perssuasive skills
• Good diction
• Extroverted / self confident
• Passionate about selling
• Self starter
• Analytical
• Ability to run with minimal supervision
• Street smart

Remuneration

• N100,000 to N150,000 Monthly
• Performance Incentive (depending on Skills / Competence / Experience)
