Advise Management with regard to the company’s compliance with existing policies, Laws and Regulations as well as Statutory Regulations, through detailed reports.
Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit queries and compliance violations.
Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
Regularly review company operations to determine any exposure to compliance risks.
Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes of the Company and Regulators.
Resolve employee concerns about Legal Compliance.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years work experience.
