Job Purpose

• As a social media/ e commerce personnel with pigmented beauty, your job tasks would be centered around all customer interactions, and product management as it relates to image posting, price and stock availability updates via our website and social media platforms.

Job Description

• Act as a liaison for the company by managing all interactions with customers via all social media platforms.
• Product updates via social media
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform telemarketing job function by making cold calls to customers to further promote sales and provide after-sales service support to customers

Job Requirements

• Relevant B.Sc Degree / HND
• 2 – 6 years experience.
• Prior Experience in a similar position
• Close residential proximity to Iganmu/Surulere
