We are seeking competent, self motivated, hardworking and result driven professional to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Configuration and installation of Network infrastructure, computer hardware and software.
• Ensuring the smooth operation and uptime of the HQ and all owned shops.
• Monitoring and enforcing computer and Network use policy.
• Configuration and routine proactive maintenance of Severs
• Routine scheduled visits to server rack in data center
• Generate and send weekly report to line manager
• Replace server parts as required
• Configure and manage network LAN/WAN
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or escalate to third parties, if appropriate)
• Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with internal customers, agents and other professionals, such as ISP, vendors or software developers
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Conduct routine security and penetration test on IT infrastructure
• Manage cloud services as well as virtual desktops.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
