Trans Atlantic Media – We are a medium-sized international media outfit involved in Publishing and Media Consultancy. We work in collaboration with various International Organisations, Government Agencies and Corporations and seek to further strengthen our operations in Abuja.

We urgently require the services of a qualified personnel to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Confidential Secretary / Copy Typist

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• We are looking for a discrete and professional individual to provide specialized day-to-day clerical and secretarial support to the Chief Executive.
• He/she will handle tasks such as writing and typing letters; preparing proposals, confidential reports and other administrative/ communication materials; developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system; scheduling meetings and appointments; maintaining calendars; managing inventory; and other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration or other relevant fields
• Minimum of 2 years’ Secretarial experience
• Full comprehension of Office Management systems and Equipment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint / Access
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organisational skills.
