Job Title: Female Front Desk / Social Media Officer

Job Description

• Handle all social media platforms
• Book appointments
• Responsible for taking care of the front desk
• Attend to and address customers’ complaints and inquiries
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Receive letters, packages etc and distribute them.
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcel
• Keep updated records and files
• Coordinate office activities.

Requirements

• Applicants must possess any of BA, B.SC, HND or OND, and other professional qualifications related to the job.
• A good team player with good report writing and analytical skills.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
