Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Provide high level administration support
• They undertake a variety of tasks to deliver the ongoing running of their day to day
• Organising meetings, both internally and externally
• Proactively manage the Directors’ diaries, to include meetings, travel, telephone calls and online meetings.
• Attend and minute meetings, as requested
• Preparation of correspondence on behalf of the Directors
• Project management assistance; monitoring deadlines and helping to drive projects forward.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information, as requested

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND qualification.
• Applicant must be very smart and tech savy
• Applicant must have a legal/finance background
• Ability to work independently and possess excellent organisational skills
• Ability to easily commute as the job may require
• Ability to effectively manage diaries of very busy, constantly changing calendars, arranging complex meetings, considering time zones where necessary.
• Applicant must possess great presentation skills.

Salary
N70,000 – N150,000 monthly.
