Job Title: Marketing and Sales Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the offline affiliate program, including Affiliate recruitment, campaigns, compliance, measurement, reporting, and earnings pay out.
• Recommend, Develop, and implement improvements, strategies, and Business Processes to increase revenue and ROI of the offline affiliate program.
• Drive Offline Affiliate recruitment through “in country” initiatives, campaigns, and workshops
• Maintain full awareness, understanding of appropriate legislation/ Compliance and best practice for Offline affiliate marketing
• Market Analysis including Competitor Campaigns / Promotions identifying successful brands
• Provide all training relating to Offline Affiliates to external and internal partners.
• Communication with Offline Affiliates on “day to day” issues and upcoming promotions.
• Monitor affiliate activity, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
• Report on all activity to key stakeholders, including performance of all campaigns and KPI reports
• Coordinate relationships across all departments ensuring efficient “onboarding of new partners” and availability of promotional assets for partners.

Requirements and Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 – 5 years’ experience managing affiliate marketing campaigns and teams.
• Ability to accurately analyse, model and interpret data with high attention to detail
• Problem ownership with problem solving skills
• Management and Teamwork skills
• Communication, Interpersonal relationship, and negotiation Skills
• Customer service management.
• Knowledge and passion for sport and gaming
• Strong organisational / project management skills within a fast paced, tight deadline environment.
• Knowledge of the Gaming / Sport Betting industry will be an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
