Job Description

• We have recently launched a new cloud-based retail management system for sales automation, marketing, order management, customer management and data analytics to support small and micro-small businesses digitally transform their operations.
• As a result, we are looking to hire new staff into our sales and marketing organisation to drive customer sales and on-boarding.

Job Overview

• We are looking to employ a personally driven and innovative Sales Lead to join our team. The successful person will drive the sales team, source new sales opportunities and close out sales to achieve set target.
• He/she will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
• He/She must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. We are looking for someone who is excited to be part of a winning team and grow his/her career.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales of company products using various customer sales methods
• Onboard new merchants unto the platform and provide necessary support.
• Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Providing sales team with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers’ problems
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
• Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
• Maintain and expand client database.

Requirements

• Degree / HND in any discipline.
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in retail, sales
• Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
• A strong sales ability, business acumen and commercial awareness
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
