Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• According to factory’s development strategy and plan, formulate the human resources planning.
• Overall management and improvement of personnel department, responsible for recruitment, training, salary, assessment, employee relations and other management matters.
• Timely and effectively fulfill the requirements of the factory’s talent team building, control the human resource cost.
• Support on employee relations management in corporation.
• Complete other tasks related to this job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above; major in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• Ages 28 – 35, more than 5 years HR experience.
• Acknowledge of HR six modules and familiar with relevant national policies and regulations.
• Strong execution ability.
• Good sense of service and ability to cope with emergencies.
• Proficient English skills on both written and oral.
