Job Description

• Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone enquiries and handling complaints in a courteous and professional manner
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
• Occasionally travelling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filling systems
• Operating copy equipment, fac machines, printers or other equipment necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a HND/Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with at least 2years experience as either offrontdesk, Customer service or administrative role.
• Must be good looking, trainable, smart and respectful.
• Must live around Surulere, Yaba and its environs
• Sound communication and interpersonal skill is required
• Tech savy,i.e (good with using Microsoft office and vast with social media)
• The position is for female

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
