Glamour hairways is an Abuja hair beauty salon located at plot 740 Agungwa Anaekwe street, Wuye, Abuja, Nigeria. Glamour hairways deals in human hair sales, all kinds of braiding, natural hairstyles, manicure, pedicure and makeup.

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, efficient employee to join our growing organization in the capacity below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting clients.
• Booking meetings.
• Arranging couriers.
• Keeping the reception area tidy.
• Answering and forwarding phone calls.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• Warmly greeting clients, walking them to the proper beauty station and alerting assigned beauticians of their arrival.
• Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email.
• Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts.

Receptionist Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 1 – 3 years work experience.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
• Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
