Job Description

• We are looking for an efficient shortlet agent / marketer to help get customers, advertise, manage the operations of a fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment unit at Cardogan Estate.

Responsibilities

• Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.
• Interviewing, addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
• Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.

Requirements

• Experience as a shortlet agent / marketer or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of property regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication,negotiation and customer service skills.
