Job Title: Spa Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Schedules clients / cancels appointments by clients request
• Receives payment from customers for services
• Records notes of work done, products used and fees charge after each visit of a customer
• Be on time for shift and maintain consistent ,regular attendance record
• Properly open and close Spa each day according to Standard operating Procedures
• Accurately book, change and cancel appointments by clients request
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves Spa Facilities
• Ensure that relaxation area is clean and stocked for flow of incoming and out-going guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND in any field
• 1 – 2 years work experience.
• Must have relevant experience in Front Desk
• Must have worked in a Beauty and Spa Company.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 / month.
