We are in search for young, experienced and passionate individuals to join our team in the underlisted position:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Managing of all accounts payable, accounts receivable and petty cash transactions reconciliation
• Monitoring and processing of supplier invoices
• Control accounts reconciliation.
• Preparation and processing of customer invoices
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Works with the company’s auditors periodically, to carry out their routine checks.
• Preparation of payroll and payment of wages and salaries.
• Monitoring and processing of supplier invoices
• Processing of accounting journals, payment voucher and receipt voucher
• Processing/ posting of all financial transactions to ensure timely closing of leger and control accounts.
• Preparation, processing and timely filing of all statutory returns with all relevant tax regulators e.g. VAT, WHT, NSITF, ITF, PAYE.
• Maintains best practice standards in accounting processing.
• Most have a good knowledge of Quickbook and Sage
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the CFO/HOP.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 6 years work experience.
• Must be available to resume within one week.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
