Process all passport and visa forms received daily.
Check all details and print off relevant forms required to complete the process for the embassy.
Calling on leads that are generated through digital marketing.
To undertake any reasonable task that may be required by the Operations/Sales Manager.
Requirements
First Degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in visa handling operations.
Thorough knowledge of Visa requirements and managing Covid-19 restrictions
Ability to handle many visa queries simultaneously.
Enthusiastic with Good Communication Skills.
Ability to provide accurate solutions based on customer needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
