Responsibilities

• Managing office space and facilities
• Identifying and monitoring risks to business performance
• Administering pension schemes and share issues
• Dealing with company/staff insurance policies
• Managing contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers
• Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
• Ensuring that policies are up to date and are approved
• Providing support on specific projects
• Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization
• Writing reports
• Collating information

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degree
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a manufacturing company
• Should be able to maintain technical job documentation for group companies.
• Should be able to follow up with internal customers
• Excellent communication skill
• Technical information with regards to Power and Generators is an added advantage
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Candidate must reside on the Island or its environs
