Job Title: Client Service Executive

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking for a resolute Client Service Executive to identify and capitalize on opportunities for our firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

• B.Sc / B.A Degree in any relevant field.
• 1 – 3 years experience.
• Excellent team player.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidates must reside on the Island.

Salary
Very attractive, with sales commissions, HMO benefits, Other incentives.
