Job Title: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy for the company and it’s affiliates focused on financial gains and customer retention.
• Responsible for generating new business and ideas while managing the existing ones to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Achieve sales objectives by providing direction and execution of all marketing, Public Relations and Communications
• Coordinating and directing all company activities of sales and relationship management to ensure optimal achievement of set revenue targets on a year-on-year basis.
• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options and resolving internal priorities.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
• Understand the Company’s goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the Company’s financial performance.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Provide or suggest new services or product and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• Any other duties assigned by HOD as per need.

Requirements

• Must reside in Lagos.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Management or any other related discipline.
• Professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in business development and sales position.
• Experience working collaboratively in decision-making processes with senior business executives.
• Must possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and deliver work in accordance with agreed timelines.
