Willco Property Management is a leading property servicing company, providing service excellence in integrated facilities management, property management and maintenance solutions via our corporate divisions; WPM & WMS.

We are desirous of recruiting suitably qualified individuals in the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Intern

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all accounting and finance records are properly filed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensuring timely input of data required for preparation of monthly financial statements
• Checking completeness and validity of payments before posting into the general ledger.
• Prepare payments by verifying supporting documentation, obtaining payment authorization, and preparing payment advice/cheques
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications/Skills

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, or other related fields.
• 1 year work experience.
• Basic understanding of Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Strong commitment to learning.
• The ability to use excel for daily data entry and analysis is required for this position and will be tested at the interview.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work independently and cooperatively with team members.
• Good organizational skills and pay attention to details.
