We are seeking competent, self motivated, hardworking and result driven professional to fill the position below:

Job Title: Guests Service Agent (GSA) – (Female)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Academic Qualification

• Candidates should possess a minimum of B.Sc. / HND.
• Hospitality experience: 3 years minimum

Requirements:

• Neat and professional appearance
• Problem solving skills
• Stamina to stand for long hours
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible schedule
• Guest Service: Includes being pleasant and friendly, working efficiently and accurately, solving problems and any Professional thing else necessary to ensure a pleasant experience for hotel guests.
• Must possess good manners
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Computer literacy
• Must be very polite and courteous.
• Must maintain a smiling face at all times, no matter the condition.
• Good looking and tall in height.
