Job Title: Team Lead, Outsourcing & Employee Verification

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Strategic client acquisition and identification, prioritizing, and management of corporate relationships with strategic partners that have sufficient reach to provide business development results for the business.
• Supervise the activities of the outsourcing and verification team
• Develop customer retention/ loyalty management strategies for existing customers
• Conduct and oversee talent acquisition and management process for clients
• Draft proposals, SLAs, and presentations for the business unit.
• Conduct and oversee various employee verification requests for clients

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years experience in a similar role
• Previous outsourcing experience in a consulting firm is a must
• Human Resource professional certification / MSc is an advantage
• Experience leading a team.
• Availability for immediate resumption.

Salary

• N250,000 monthly.
