We are desirous of recruiting suitably qualified individuals in the position below:
Ensure all new business/product to be deployed have a well-thought-out service design, documented and operationalized. All stakeholders are well informed.
Monitor transaction trends to identify uptime patterns and engage internal stakeholders to fix any channel uptime challenges to optimize and reduce service failures.
The merchant/partner total experience during go-to-market deployment should be well planned and seamless. Achieving first time success.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification of B.Sc / HND from a recognized institution.
5 – 8 Years of Experience in minimum of 2 years in the same capacity.
Must have relevant experience in International Remittance Business.
Must have minimum 5 years of experience of related role in a Fintech Company.
