We are looking for highly competent, experienced, motivated, and results-oriented individuals to fill the vacancy below:

Job Title: Manager Event / Activation

Location: Lagos

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget
• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Managing relationships with clients and suppliers
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Plan projects from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the project’s success
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for events
• Supervise all Event suppliers
• Perform requires administrative duties (e.g. contact reports, financial reports, project results, etc)
• Manage a large range of event types to build brand reputation and generate leads for internal and external clients

Requirements

• B.Sc in PR, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in an agency
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Skilled in project management
• Knowledge of project management
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer-service orientation
• A team player with leadership skills
• PMP certification is also a plus.
