Science Lab Technicians / Attendant at Gonzaga Jesuit College Full Time

Gonzaga Jesuit College is a new Catholic boarding secondary school in Anambra State, Nigeria for boys and girls. Open to all, Christians and non-Christians, it is owned and run by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits).

We urgently require the services of a qualified personnel to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Science Lab Technician / Attendant

Location: Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Lab Tech will be in charge of the Laboratory.
• He / She will collaborate with the teachers to ensure effective use of the Lab.
• Over and above all, every staff in Gonzaga Jesuit College will be a role model to the students.

Qualification

• B.Ed /B.Sc/BA/HND in Science Lab Tech, is required. Any higher degree or qualification is an advantage.

Experience:

• At least 2 years teaching experience in a similar role.

Personal Qualities:

• Effective communication and presentation skills,
• Good command of English Language,
• Good understanding of adolescent psychology,
• Good interpersonal skills, a team player,
• Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision,
• Proficiency in use of office suites like Microsoft Word and Power Point.
