We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals
• Conducts market intelligence to identify prospective customers, buyers, and determine key buying criteria by engaging presales activities
• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Run pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Perform product demos to customers
• Work closely with the engineering team and developers to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Act as a product evangelist to build product awareness and understanding
• Understands and support the company’s sales channels through training and coaching on how to manage internal tools and external collateral.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by Head of Product.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (B.Sc / M.Eng) with 3-4 years work experience.
