Job Brief

• We are looking for an Associate Partners in our company to build strong relationship with clients and understand their concerns with a common objective of enhancing the business and profits

Responsibilities

• Handle the day-to-day activities of the partner and carry out business in a manner that will yield greater profits
• Keep a close eye on the accounting procedures by assisting in the preparation of bills and making entries in the accounting systems
• Maintain the confidentiality of the clients’ information
• Must maintain professional relationship with the clients and resolve their queries at the earliest
• Prioritize and review the work of the subordinates
• Draft important document for partners
• Analyzes, studies and implements new techniques to improve the existing services
• Must stay upto date with the latest developments in the related areas
• Identify new clients for the company
• Actively participate in all the meetings and presentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field, may be in Finance, Business Administration or Management.
• Must have 5-10 years work experience.
• A successful track records/experience as an Associate partners
• A good business acumen to identify and tap new opportunities in the form of clients
• Must have a Leadership skills and experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet up with Targets & deadlines
