Role Summary

• We’re on the lookout for talented Business Development Executives with specific Banking and FinTech market knowledge to join our team. This is a multi-disciplined client-facing role to support our commercial operation and drive new business revenue, whilst ensuring good retention levels across the business.
• The role is accountable for the development and implementation of Fintech sales and client relationship strategies, which includes generating new sales and partnerships to achieve aggressive quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Successful candidates when employed will actively nurture and develop active partnerships to maximize value for the business, Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.) and act to acquire new customers and manage existing ones.

Performance Goals/Indicators:

• Develop sustainable and profitable sales roadmap
• Grow transaction volume
• Grow revenue and profit index
• Actively support development and sales of new products
• Increase agency banking penetration

Qualification Requirements

• A good bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience from a financial institution or a FinTech operating in a similar space
• Strong knowledge of Fintech/Start-ups ecosystem.
• A client-focused mindset with demonstrated success of developing and implementing sales strategies
• Specific sales & business development experience within the FinTech and Open Banking sectors
• Good understanding of consultative and content driven selling
• Motivated by Numbers and conversion.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and Technology savvy
• An innovative and motivational mentality.
• Confident and goal oriented.
