Summary

• The Assistant Head of Sales will be primarily responsible for all activities involves in closing out on sales.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective clients.
• Develop sound knowledge of properties for sales.
• Take clients to the site for inspection.
• Discuss conditions of sales
• Draw up sales contract/agreement.
• Establishing and maintaining relationship with clients and prospective clients.
• Monitor industry trends.
• Send monthly and weekly reports on sales activities.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a real estate sales agent.

Requirements:

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid knowledge of real estate sales techniques and principles.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Preferably MALE and MUST be resident within Ajah axis.
